Although Shaela's core responsibilities were with the marketing team, she exhibited leadership qualities by supporting other BIFF initiatives, when needed, to ensure overall success of the festival efforts. Her “can-do” positive attitude was never bounded by limits and she was always ready to explore new horizons.
